in a stunning location with breathtaking views of Chianti’s most famous vineyards. Set in the Tuscan countryside, mid way between Florence and Siena. This area is on of the most beautiful parts of the Chianti Classico and with easy access to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, just to name a few.
The home is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Outdoors you will find the gardens filled with fragrant flowers such as jasmine, roses as well as several sitting areas. The private pool looks over the rolling hills and vineyards.The closest town is Panzano in Chianti (2km.) offering a supermarket, Sunday farmers market, shops, and some of the best restaurants and wineries in the region.
The property is situated within a working winery that produces a number of well respected organic wines as well as olive oil. The owner’s general concern is environment protection and overall sustainability. They strive to keep the ecological footprint and impact on the natural resources as small as possible using solar panels and hybrid cars and grow only water efficient plants… the family is passionate about this beautiful corner of Chianti, the Land of the Black Rooster, and they enjoy sharing the beauty of the area with others.
