is situated in the just two kilometers from the town Greve in Chianti. The villa is accessed by a private security gate and there are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance. From its hillside position, there are wonderful views over the rolling hills and vineyards.
The interiors are imaginatively designed to maximize light and space, and the rooms are very tastefully furnished in cream and beige colors. The huge living area has very high ceilings, attractive polished cement floors with a washed paint effect and cream walls. A mezzanine leads to two of the bedrooms which are on a higher level. The other two bedrooms are situated on a lower level, accessed by a spiral staircase from the living area, or externally from the garden. The many amenities at this property include air conditioning in two bedrooms, and satellite TV. A chef to prepare meals or do cooking lessons can be arranged on request.
The garden is on several levels with wide steps leading down to the lowest level where there is a swimming pool (9 x 4m) in a beautiful setting, surrounded by cypresses, roses, herbs and olive trees, and with spectacular countryside views. The terrace surround is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. On a higher level, just outside the house, is a terrace with sitting and dining areas, again in a lovely position to take full advantage of the views.
