The Hill town of Panzano is within walking distance, (half mile up hill). The house is located within the grounds of the owners vacation villa, they occasionally use the pool but respect the guests privacy.
The house is surrounded by a large private stone terrace with lovely views over the famous Chianti vineyards and olive groves. There are 2 private outdoor eating areas, one in the front and one outside the kitchen door.
Panzano is a wonderful hill town with a Sunday open air market, and some of the best restaurants in the region.
