- Hello John, Our week in Toscany was wonderful and the villa was great, just as expected. It is indeed located in a great spot, very quiet and picturesque. the host was very kind, the house was clean and ready for us. pool is clean well maintained and very convenient. perfect! 2 small suggested improvements to help you to get even better- Arrival – it wasn’t clear enough and we found some difficulties at the very end of the road. had to call for instructions. I suggested they to put a sign with the name of the villa because according to his words – most of the visitors are facing the same problem. The checkout time – we were surprised with the little bit early checkout demand of 10am who came as a surprise. It’s true that it is written in the conditions but we didn’t pay attention to it and Emanuelle already called for the cleaning ladies. we left the place in a rush. I believe taking it easier and checkout at 11am (a standard) is more suitable to the overall atmosphere. I’d like to thank you for your ongoing availability and good service. see you next time. Moshi
